 The Fiscal Software package is a fully inclusive group of financial accounting, payroll and reporting systems design specifically for Ohio schools. Main software components consist of these programs: Uniform School Accounting System (USAS), Uniform Staff/Payroll System (USPS), USAS Data Query program (USASDW), Equipment Inventory System (EIS), PayWeb, FiscWeb, Human Resource Kiosk and various other programs. The State Software Development Team (SSDT) is constantly striving to improve these packages and NOECA will always continue to provide the best of support to our member schools.
