What we do...

NOECA provides the technology and expertise to automate K-12 schools. As a Library Support Specialist, I help libraries become "computerized".
Automated Libraries provide Ohio students with the most up-to-date on-line
Electronic Resources, making them the "centralized learning hub" 
of every school.

 What about Lisa ?

I am a native of Norwalk. My high school alma mater is St. Paul and since those days, I've spent many years (20+ and counting..) dedicated to providing excellent service to my clients.
 
In 1996, I made the decision to go back to college. At the age of 40, I earned my associate degree in Computer Information Systems with Magna Cum Laude honors followed by my Bachelor of Science in Technology degree. 
Wow ! What an experience ...

In July, 2000, I began my career here at NOECA where I spend the majority of my day working with Librarians, Media Specialists, Tech Coordinators & Paraprofessionals. 

I strive to give them excellent customer service by assisting them with anything and everything to do with library automation, computers, software, email... 

When I'm not at work, I enjoy flower gardens, birding and nature in general, and of course, 
being a Grandma! 
I've been married for many years to a great husband and enjoy the quiet of the country, where we make our home.
