support email
address. This should be the first line of contact for support. This email is a shared email between all ProgressBook
support staff. Any emails sent to this address will be acknowledged and
responded to within 24 Hrs. Feel Free to call in case of an emergency.
Known Issues:
Student Profile Screen: Assessments Tab: View Progress: Only shows attendance info and not all assignments.

Instructional Videos on the Teacher Homepage:
NOECA has added instructional videos to the teacher homepage. Simply click the red links and then you will be able to view the videos. You may need to install Adobe Flash to view them.
