What is Help Desk?

Help desk is an online software application that is designed to help you as the customer have your problems resolved quickly and easily.

What does it do?

It allows you to contact your ProgressBook support team with a problem and lets you see what is happening with your issue in real time. Your problem should be addressed faster than with traditional email and you have the additional ability to check the progress of your problem. Has someone read it? Is somebody working on it now? What was the solution? Who is handling this issue? These are just some of the questions you won't have to ask when using help desk.

It also keeps a history of your problems.... If you run into a problem you had a year ago and don't remember how we fixed it, you can simply look in help desk and see what happened with it.

You don't have a Help Desk account?

It is easy to set up. If your click on the Support Specialists link in the upper left corner you can get in contact with one of our friendly Progressbook Support Staff and they would be glad to set it up for you. It only takes about one minute! They will give you your login name and password. With that information you will be able to login and use our new service.

If you would rather call us... feel free. If you do, don't worry, your Help Desk history will still be updated with your problems that you call in. So you will still have the ability to check on the progress of your problem and review the resolution at any point in the future!
