At the Northern Ohio Educational Computer Association (NOECA), our mission is to empower our partners by providing cost-effective, efficient, and reliable technology services. We are dedicated to fostering a strong information technology foundation, combined with unwavering commitment to superior customer service. Our goal is to support our partners in achieving their objectives and enhancing the learning experience for our communities through our Core Values of Integrity, Teamwork, and Communication.
